Meeting Notes

Notes are taken by sanctuary staff at each advisory council meeting and drafted in a summarized "key outcomes" format. The advisory council reviews the draft key outcomes, suggests edits if necessary, and votes to approve the notes at the subsequent advisory council public meeting. In addition, many of the presentation files shown at council meetings can be obtained from sanctuary staff, subject to the approval of guest speakers.
